Hazeldene Open Farm is a rare breed and wildlife conservation park nestled in the Asheridge Vale on the edge the market town of Chesham. Sitting within an Area Of Oustanding Natural Beauty and bordered by ancient woodland, the farm offers a natural and interactive experience for all ages. Come and explore the hidden valley in which Hazeldene Farm resides and discover a quintissetially English farm brimming with rare farm animals, many nearing extinction, wildlife, wild flowers and traditional farm crafts.

A country walk will guide you round the farm leading you past ancient hedgerows flush with birdsong to beautiful views over nearby Chesham and the surrounding countryside. Relax or stoll on further to discover small fields and arks of livestock stocked with the poultry, rabbits, goats, sheep, pigs and cattle of the farm.

Interact directly with some of the piglets, lambs and kids that roam freely within the farm, creeping from their parents, exploring the farm themselves for fresh grass and freedom. Them while on the hilldside marvel at the red kites that soar magnificently over the valley. Perhaps getting a closer look when they are fed at midday.

Once you have fully explored the farm perhaps take gander at the traditional butchers shop stocking the farm's own produce, and the Red Kite tea room and farm picnic area that can be found in the courtyard and beside the ancient farmhouse.
